• Member account information: consent acknowledgments, terms agreements, dates of engagement

Information collected automatically:

• Site analytics: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and similar information collected via cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Plausible)
• Cookies: small data files stored on your device to support Site functionality and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the Services you have requested
• Coordinate your consultations, treatments, and follow-up with our partner clinics
• Share your health-related information with our scientific and clinical partners (Innovita Clinic, Dr. Adas Darinskas, the broader scientific and medical network, and partner clinics) for the purpose of preparing and delivering your scientific consultation and treatment
• Send communications related to your inquiry, membership, and treatment journey
• Improve our Site and Services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing of Health Information

By submitting the Pre-Consultation Health Intake form and becoming a Member, you explicitly consent to Strong Craft Regen sharing your health-related information with the following parties solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your scientific consultation and treatment:

• Dr. Adas Darinskas, Chief Scientific Officer of Reverse Body Time
• The clinical and medical team at Innovita Clinic, Vilnius, Lithuania
• The Registered Nurse providing nursing coordination services on behalf of Strong Craft Regen
• Other licensed physicians, scientific advisors, or partner clinics involved in your case

This information is shared securely and only with those who have a legitimate need to access it for your care. All parties receiving this information are expected to handle it in accordance with applicable privacy and medical confidentiality standards in their jurisdiction.

5. International Data Transfer

Because we coordinate treatments with partner clinics in Lithuania and other jurisdictions, your personal information, including health information, will be transferred outside of Canada. Specifically, information will be transferred to and processed in the European Union (Lithuania) and may be transferred to other jurisdictions where partner clinics are located.

By submitting your information, you explicitly consent to this international transfer. Strong Craft Regen and its partners take reasonable measures to ensure that your information is protected to a standard consistent with applicable privacy laws.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored in secure systems including, but not limited to:

• Airtable (CRM and intake records)
• Netlify (form submission storage)
• Google Workspace (email communications)
• Other secure operational tools as required

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of online data transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and as required by applicable law:

• Active Members and Clients: retained for the duration of our relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to support follow-up care, returns, or related inquiries
• Inquiries that do not progress to treatment: retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion
• Records required by law: retained for the periods required by Canadian or other applicable law

You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
