Welcome to Strong Craft Regen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website strongcraftregen.com (the "Site") and any services, communications, consultations, or coordination activities provided by Strong Craft Regen (collectively, the "Services").
Strong Craft Regen is operated by JH Strong Craft Regenerative Therapies Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada, with operations based in Lombardy, Ontario (referred to in these Terms as "Strong Craft Regen," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, submitting a form, becoming a member, or engaging our Services in any capacity, you ("you," "your," "Member," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.
Strong Craft Regen is an education, nursing coordination, and treatment coordination service operating in partnership with Innovita Clinic. We are not a medical clinic, do not employ physicians, and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Nursing coordination services are provided by a Registered Nurse on staff, working within the scope of practice defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario, and in conjunction with the licensed physicians administering treatment at Innovita Clinic.
Our Services include:
All medical consultations, prescriptions, treatments, and clinical decisions are made by licensed medical professionals at Innovita Clinic or other partner facilities, not by Strong Craft Regen.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Certain areas of the Site, including the Pre-Consultation Health Intake form and protected resources, are accessible only to registered Members. By submitting the Pre-Consultation Health Intake form, you become a Member of Strong Craft Regen and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer.
Membership is free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Membership at our discretion if these Terms are violated, if we believe a Member is misrepresenting their identity or intentions, or if Membership is being used for purposes other than legitimate engagement with our Services.
Information provided through the Site, in communications with Jed Ryan or any Strong Craft Regen representative, in educational materials, or in member-only resources is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed medical professional.
You should always consult a qualified physician before making any decisions about your health, beginning any new treatment, or discontinuing any existing treatment. Reliance on any information provided by Strong Craft Regen is solely at your own risk.

Treatments coordinated through Strong Craft Regen are administered exclusively in jurisdictions where they are legally permitted, primarily at Innovita Clinic in Vilnius, Lithuania, under Lithuanian License 4094 and within the European Union's regulatory framework for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs).
Many of the regenerative treatments described on the Site, including but not limited to mesenchymal stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, and certain peptide protocols, are not approved or available for clinical use in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where you may reside. Strong Craft Regen does not represent or imply that these treatments are approved or available in your country of residence.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, regulations, or restrictions in your country of residence that may apply to your decision to seek regenerative treatment internationally.
Treatment costs vary by protocol and are discussed individually following the discovery call and scientific consultation process. Strong Craft Regen will provide you with a full cost breakdown before you commit to any treatment program. As part of our partnership arrangement with Innovita Clinic, payment for an integrated treatment program may be processed through Strong Craft Regen, covering nursing coordination services, treatment coordination, and the cost of treatment administered at Innovita Clinic. The specific structure of any payment arrangement will be disclosed to you in writing prior to commitment, including a clear breakdown of what is included.
Coordination fees, when applicable, are disclosed in advance and agreed to in writing. We do not charge hidden fees.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Strong Craft Regen or its partners and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Innovita Clinic, Reverse Body Time, the American Academy of Stem Cell Medicine, and others. Strong Craft Regen is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your engagement with third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strong Craft Regen, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid Strong Craft Regen, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strong Craft Regen, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via email and posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
